. This Ford Sierra received an engine transplant consisting of a turbocharged 2JZ from a Toyota Supra, and now, it's as fast as a supercar in a straight line.

Built by Thorstein Kvarme of the Buldre Racing Team in Norway, this Sierra looks pretty much stock from the outside save for a side-exit exhaust. The only thing giving away its powertrain is that signature straight-six noise and turbo spool sound. According to

Engine Swap Depot

, the 2JZ under this Sierra's hood makes 660 horsepower and 545 lb.-ft. of torque to the wheels, which is about eight times more than the stock output. It was enough to propel the car to an average of 175 mph during Sweden's Speed Weekend last February, which takes place on a frozen lakebed. That sounds incredibly fast for driving on ice, especially in something as old as an '80s Ford. Still, it looks cool to watch. Check it out for yourself here.
